CALVINBALL began as a solo project for multi-instrumentalist Patrick S. Barry. He recorded Calvinball's debut "Luca" in sporadic sessions between 2012 and 2013 before finally releasing it in December of 2013. In early 2014, Barry joined forces with singer/instrumentalist Gina Monafo, bassist Jake O'Donnell, and drummer Andy Connors to begin playing shows and writing new material.
